Cisco Certified Network Associate

I did BCS 1 year online + MCSE, MCSA, MCP, CCIE written,CCNP,CCNA can any one tell me if i can do other exam?
im confused because my university graduation is 1 year only i want to do masters but many university is not accepting me in masters because my university for bachelors was not accridiated, i want to strong my education career to get rid off low level jobs
i already did BCS online 1year with following certifications
Microsoft certified system Engineer
Microsoft certified system Administrator MCSA
Microsoft Certified Professional
Cisco Certified Network Associates
Cisco Certified Network Professional
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (written only)

please suggest me i apply for university of phoneix they r veryyyyyyy expensive and they said u have to do associates then bachelors then masters which will waste my 2 + 4 + 2 = 8 years im already 24 years old im worried about my education how to complete
i reside in saudia and originally from pakistan
applying for canada immigration process but they also need atleast Masters or bachelors or diploma from accridiated university.
suggest me forgod sake !!!

Any one knows any university online or way of distance learning which is accridiated and nott tooo much expensive and in less time i can able to do some thing….but what to do ?

shall i do my bachelors again ??? or should i go for masters..?

i need to apply for canada immigration in end of this year i need fastest way but legal way.
